A Giant Garlic!!!!

Snapped this gem in my daily travels today. (Little did I know I'd drive by it four times today. I could've gotten a better picture!)

What happens with this thing AFTER the garlic fest? Do they store it somewhere in a box? Or is it on permanent display?

I'm quite certain I've never seen a giant blow up garlic. Thank goodness it was the frankfurter fest....
